At Hair Loss Northeast, we have over 4 years of experience in SMP and have helped 100’s of clients transform their look and feel.  Our founder and lead practitioner Katherine Francis is a certified SMP expert and possesses over 16 years’ experience of working in the Beauty Industry and has a Foundation Degree in Spa & Business Management, and an array of other beauty qualifications and expertise.  Katherine is passionate about SMP and believes that it is more than just a cosmetic procedure, it is a way of improving your self-esteem, your wellbeing, and your quality of life.  Katherine works closely with each client to fully understand their needs, preferences, and goals, customising her treatments to suit the customer skin tone, hair colour, and desired hairline.
